ordering terms
We desire to provide you with the best service possible, therefore we will confirm all order details with you prior to processing your order for imprinted items. Due to the limitless variations, all charges listed on this website are approximate and you will be informed of any changes prior to processing. Additional charges for artwork, setup, shipping and sales tax will also apply as appropriate.

Orders must be prepaid prior to production. After receiving your order and confirming any details (if necessary,) we will e-mail you a request for payment.

Payment methods accepted: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal (including eChecks), Company checks and Money Orders.

Orders may not be cancelled after payment is received.

You agree that you have the authority to reproduce any imprint or artwork submitted and indemify Custom Imprinting from any claims.

Personalized items may not be returned. However we will work with you to correct any errors, provided we are notified within 5 business days after you receive the order.

The quantity you receive may be plus or minus 5-10% of the quantity you ordered due to quality control procedures and may be invoiced accordingly.

Most merchandise is available blank or unimprinted, if desired.

Samples may be requested to view a product before ordering. Samples will have a random imprint and will be invoiced at the 1st quantity price plus shipping. If you place an order for that product within 30 days of requesting a sample, then the sample cost (minus shipping) will be rebated to you.

All orders ship FOB factory. We can ship some items internationally however our shopping cart does not yet support it so please contact us for a shipping quote.
